1. Discover a username
Browse the main marketplace or a specific category like meaningful Discord usernames or short 4-letter Discord usernames. Every listing is checked before it goes live, so what you see is what is available.
Use the filter buttons to narrow results by category, or sort by price to find a username that fits your budget.
2. View the listing
Click on a username card to open the full listing page. Each listing shows:
- The username and its availability status
- The price
- Category tags (meaningful, 4-letter, etc.)
- What is included with the account
- A short description of the handle
3. Contact via Discord
When you find a username you want, click the "Contact me on Discord" button on the listing page. Send a friend request or message to start the conversation. Mention the username you want to purchase so the seller knows which handle you are interested in.
4. Agree on payment and middleman
Once you contact the seller, you agree on the payment method. A trusted middleman is always accepted to protect both sides of the deal. You can use one of the listed middlemen or one of your own choice.
The middleman holds the payment while the account transfer is completed, so neither party takes on unnecessary risk.
5. Receive the account
After payment is confirmed, the seller transfers the full Discord account to you. This includes:
- The Discord account with the username
- The original email used to create the account
- Outlook email access
Change the password after delivery. The username is permanently yours.

- Not banned — no history of violations

Accepted middlemen
BuyUsernames works with several trusted middlemen. You can find the full list on the marketplace homepage. Using a middleman is always optional but recommended for extra safety.
What about after the purchase?
After the transfer is complete and you have changed the password, the Discord username is permanently yours. There is no recurring fee, no subscription and no ongoing obligation. The account and username belong to you.
